We ship throughout Australia only, all International inquiries must email sales@ktechaustralia.com
Domestic Shipping
Domestic prices will vary in cost between 'Metro' & 'Rural' locations, and weight. Ktech Australia will conduct due diligence when packing goods to keep items as small, and light as possible to minimise costs to the customer.
Please be aware that freight companies are extremely busy due to increased purchases during the Covid-19 pandemic, we ask for patience, and to call us directly if you have any concerns about the time of your freight or costs.
Express shipping
Express shipping is available at customers' expense through TNT, or Australia Post. Please contact us for options available.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Ktech Australia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
